Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is formulated in sterile filtered condition to be used as a buffer for cell culture, ELISA, protein assay, and other molecular biological assays.

• 3.2mM Na₂HPO₄.
• 0.5mM KH₂PO₄.
• 1.3mM KCl.
• 137mM NaCl.
• pH 7.2~7.4.

Dilute Phosphate Buffered Saline (10x PBS) to a 1x solution using ddH₂O. This product supplies enough 10x material to make 10 liters of 1x solution.

• Convenient: This buffer is easy to dilute into a working solution for multiple purposes.
• Consistent: The buffer makes your experiment easy and consistent.
• Calcium and magnesium free: The buffer is calcium and magnesium free.

This product is used for cell culture, immunohistochemical detection, ELISA, Western Blot, protein isolation, flow cytometric, and in situ hybridization procedures.

Store at room temperature.
